Let's make MISO SAKE FISH TACOS WITH CREAMY SPICY COLESLAW ๐Ÿ 

2-4 Servings // Prep Time 30 Mins

Fish Marinade:

- 2 tbsp sake high!

- 2 tbsp yellow miso

- Garlic

- Ginger

- Pepper

- Red chili flakes

- Olive oil

- Let marinade for 1 hour or overnight

Slaw:

- Thinly sliced purple cabbage

- Thinly sliced carrots

- Green onion

- Chopped cilantro

- Lime juice

- Greek yogurt

- Salt and pepper to taste

Spicy Mayo:

- 2 tbsp kewpie mayo

- 2 tbsp sriracha or gochujang

- 1 tsp soy sauce

- Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

- Marinate fish then pan sear or grill

- Heat tortillas in over or over a flame until warm

- Top tortillas with fish, spicy mayo, and slaw
