Returns
All sales are fulfilled by licensed retailers within the LiquidRails network. Due to alcohol regulations, retailers can only accept the return of defective goods. If your item is damaged or defective, we will either refund your credit card or issue store credit (in the form of a gift card) for the amount paid.
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate, depending on product availability.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please take photos of the damage or incorrect item and include them in your email.
Shipping Availability
We offer nationwide shipping to 45 states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following states:
Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Michigan (MI), South Dakota (SD), Utah (UT)
We also cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military Bases.
All deliveries require a signature from someone 21 years or older. We recommend shipping to an address with a doorman or adult presence, such as a workplace.
Accurate Shipping Information
Please ensure the correct ZIP code is entered on the cart page before checkout. Incorrect shipping details may delay delivery. LiquidRails is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect address information.

Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $19.99 per box.
If you're shipping to multiple addresses, each must be a separate order.
Shipping discounts may apply based on brand promotions (e.g., military discount, first-time customer offer, or large order thresholds).

Delivery Timeline
You’ll be notified once your order is out for delivery. Orders typically arrive within 1–10 business days, depending on your shipping address.
21+ Age Requirement
You must be 21 years or older to place and receive an order. A valid photo ID must be presented upon delivery to release the shipment.
If You’re Not Home for Delivery
Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If no one 21+ is available, your package will be returned.
A $19.99 re-service fee may apply for redelivery. We strongly recommend choosing a delivery address where someone 21+ is available during the day (e.g., office, doorman building).

Changing or Canceling an Order
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@getliquidrails.com.
Note: Orders may only be canceled within 3 hours of being placed due to our rapid fulfillment process.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we’ll reach out with an alternative suggestion or refund the amount paid for that item. All recommendations are selected by our knowledgeable staff and match the quality and flavor of your original choice.
Pre-Sale Orders
If your order includes a Pre-Sale or limited release item, your full order will ship once the Pre-Sale item becomes available.
