Shipping & Delivery Information

Where Can I Ship My Order?

We currently offer nationwide shipping to 45 states within the U.S.

We do not ship to:
Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Michigan (MI), South Dakota (SD), Tennessee (TN), or Utah (UT).

Please note: We also cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military Bases.

A person 21 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. If possible, ship to a location with reliable adult presence, such as an office or a doorman building.

Shipping Process & Notifications

You will receive email updates at every stage of your order:

  • Order confirmation
  • Order preparation
  • Shipment
  • Delivery

If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder and verify that your email address was entered correctly at checkout.

Standard Shipping Charges

Shipping is a flat rate of $19.99 per box.

If you're shipping to multiple addresses, each address must be placed as a separate order.

Shipping discounts may apply through certain brand promotions, including military discounts, first-time customer offers, or bulk order thresholds.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is out for delivery, you will be notified by email.

Orders typically arrive within 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Age Verification & Delivery

You must be 21 years or older to place and receive an order.

You will need to present a valid photo ID at the time of delivery.

If You're Not Home When Delivery Arrives

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If no one 21+ is available, the package will be returned to us. You may be charged a $19.99 re-service fee for a delivery reattempt.

We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone 21+ is regularly available. If you're unsure, please contact us immediately at service@getliquidrails.com.

Amending or Canceling Your Order

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at service@getliquidrails.com.

Orders may only be canceled within 3 hours of being placed.

Customer Experience Support

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you with a similar replacement suggestion or issue a refund.

All suggestions are carefully selected by our team to match the original product’s quality and taste.

Pre-Sale Orders

If your order includes a Pre-Sale or Limited Release product, your full order will ship once the item becomes available.

  1. Click the person icon at the top right of the website.
  2. If you don’t have an account, click “Create Account.”
  3. Fill in the required information. This email will also connect to our rewards program.
  4. Check your inbox for an activation email and click the link to confirm.
